Reverend Dr. Donald R. Kelly is the faithful founder and devoted pastor of Olive Branch Community Church, Sandy Spring, Maryland. As founder, Pastor Kelly is realizing his vision of a church that changes lives by creating a community of committed, compassionate believers and disciples for Christ. With professional degrees in theology and ministry, he is fulfilling God’s divine plan for a new church in a historic community where membership has grown, ministries established, property acquired, the Church Rectory dedicated, and the new worship center under construction.
